Our office provides you with the ability to research property inside Ouachita Parish from anywhere on the World Wide Web.  We currently provide a free public search as well as a fee-based service.

Free Public Search

This is a free service provided to the public.  Essential information about each property is provided, including but not limited to: account number, parcel number, owner name, tax district, property location and assessed values.  You may search for a particular property if you know any or all of the above information.

Fee-Based Service

This service provides detailed information about each property.  In addition to the above, a full legal description, sales information, lot size, mailing address, tax information, valuation details and other information is provided.  If you do not currently subscribe to our service, you can sign up here.

Search Instructions

When using our services, there are a few things to keep in mind.  First, you will get better results from your searches if you use as little information as possible.  For instance, a search for "Brown, T" will return all properties owned by "Brown" with a first name beginning with "T".  This will help you avoid common name misspellings.  Secondly, when searching do not use multiple criteria.  It is better to search by road name than by address number and road name.  Please see above link for detailed search instructions and examples.
